Lettings Property Manager - Leicester - up to £20k plus bonus

My client is an independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who pride themselves on their traditional values coupled with up the most up to date technology, marketing and advertising.

They have an opportunity for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their team in Leicester who will be responsible for a portfolio of properties in the area.

Main Duties:

• Act as point of contact for clients visiting the office
• Deal with maintenance issues and co-ordinate property repairs
• Conduct tenant move ins / move outs
• Negotiate deposit returns and disputes
• Conduct and compile property inventories when required
• Conduct routine property inspections

Essential Skills:

• Lettings Experience
• Driving licence and a car
• Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Word
