We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lettings Officer to join our Housing & Landlord Services team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the timely and effective letting of council homes, helping to make best use of our housing stock and supporting those in priority need through Bristol’s Choice-Based Lettings system.

What you’ll be doing:
Managing the end-to-end lettings process, from tenancy termination to new sign-ups.

Preparing accurate property adverts

Validating tenant eligibility

Collaborating with Housing Officers and other teams to ensure smooth tenancy transitions.
