KEY TASKS:
Source suitable property in line with The Squa.re property strategyCreate and maintain relationships with new landlords and agents in existing and new geographical areas to ensure a steady housing supplyExercise sound business judgement, identify, investigate and analyse development opportunities, including innovative solutions Prepare timely, accurate & professional reports & proposalsNegotiate contract terms for new and renewed contractsNetworking at property industry events to build new relationships with intermediaries, agents etc. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
