Job Overview
The PDS is looking for a Legal Support Assistant to join the North Shore team, based at Albany. You will report to the Support Services Manager and play a key role in supporting legal staff and general office operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist legal secretaries and support the office.
- Set up client files and collate legal documents.
- Process client disclosure.
- Cover reception and carry out a variety of general office administration tasks.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a customer‑driven professional environment is an advantage.
- Basic office administration skills and a working knowledge of keyboard use.
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment and support a range of administrative duties.
