Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an in house legal counsel or in a law firm.
• Experience in retail and/or distribution industry and/or tech company is preferred.
• Experience in compliance
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

Job Description :

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including permits and licenses, in daily operations.
• Conduct legal research to support business activities as required.
• Maintain and manage legal documentation and agreements.
• Handle other general corporate legal matters as needed.
