Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure company operations comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Monitor updates in laws (labor, licensing, business regulations)
- Review, draft, and manage contracts (vendors, partners, employees)
- Ensure all agreements are legally sound and protect company interests
- Maintain contract documentation and database
- Ensure all business licenses and permits are valid and updated
- Coordinate renewals and compliance with authorities
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs Degree in Law
- Minimum 3β5 years of experience in Legal, preferably in hospitality or corporate environment
- Experience in contract drafting and legal compliance
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- High integrity and confidentiality, ability to handle pressure and sensitive issues
