Roles and Responsibilities

Handle Litigation of cases filed by and against the

Bank;
Provide legal support for resolution of stressed
assets;

Work Experience of 5- years in Pvt/ PSU
Banks/Law Firms;
Should have experience of handling legal
assignments of Banking and Finance Sector;
Ideal candidate working in a law firm or reputed
bank

Objective To provide legal advice in connection with all litigations, both filed by or against the Bank, at various forums including but not limited to DRT,
DRAT, Civil/Criminal Court, High Court, Supreme Court and Consumer Courts.
To provide assistance in recovery of financial
assistance granted by the Bank to various
borrowers.
