Job Descriptions
Draft and Preparation of corporate legal documents, letters and certifications of the company, reviews and drafting of various basic documentations including giving basic legal advice upon confirmation with the lawyers.
Assist in the processing of all legal concerns of the company; Various Contract Reviews (Account Customer, HR, Vendor, etc.); Due Diligence/Vendor Accreditation
Coordinates with External Lawyers regarding endorsed cases
Processing of messengerial errands, notary, transmittal
