- Conduct legal research on various topics, statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents.
- Summarize research findings and provide actionable insights to other team members.
Document Preparation
- Prepare discovery materials, assist with the exchange of documents, and help with trial preparation.
- Assist in preparing legal filings and submissions with courts or regulatory agencies
- Simple legal document writing, like SPA, Board Resolution, Secretary Certificate etc.
Case Management
- Support attorneys in managing ongoing cases by organizing case files, managing deadlines, and ensuring all relevant documents are available.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date legal files, case documents, and other records.
- Track the status of contracts and ensure deadlines are met.
