Legal support & advisory to business divisions within the Maxis group to facilitate contracts and dealings with third parties.
Collaborate with various departments within the Maxis group especially the consumer business and sales & services teams to understand their requirements and concerns with a view to provide legal advisory and support – this will facilitate the operations of the Maxis group while ensuring compliance
Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts e.g. partnership and collaboration agreements with retail service providers, merchants, distributors, resellers, dealers etc.
Draft and review customer’s terms and conditions on retail product and services
Provide legal advice on business operations relating to compliance such as areas involving the Consumer Protection Act 1999, Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010
