Key Responsibilities
Providing secretarial support to Conveyancing Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, and Fee Earners.Audio and copy typing of legal correspondence, documents, and reports.Preparing and issuing client care documentation.Managing incoming and outgoing post, emails, and telephone enquiries.Opening and closing client files in accordance with firm procedures.Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties.Arranging appointments and managing fee earnersβ diaries.Preparing completion statements and assisting with post-completion administration.Maintaining accurate records and updating the firmβs case management system.Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements at all times.
