Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Legal Operations Manager (Consultant) to support a dynamic and growing Legal Department in
El Segundo, CA.



This role will drive operational efficiency, lead cross-functional initiatives, and partner closely with Legal leadership to enhance the delivery of legal services across the organization.



Hybrid | $50 - $56 per hour | 1 year contract



Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute legal operations initiatives, including process improvements and technology implementations

Partner with Legal leadership to manage project plans, timelines, and key deliverables

Oversee legal systems such as matter management, contract lifecycle management (CLM), and e-billing platforms

Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting to track performance and workload
