**The Role**

Kyndryl is seeking a **Legal Operations Manager (Commercial)** to lead the transformation of contract templates into a structured, system-enabled contracting model within Icertis CLM, while driving broader optimization of the commercial contracting function.

This is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for designing and governing how contract templates and clause libraries are structured, generated, and managed within Icertis, in partnership with Offerings, Go-To-Market (GTM), CLM, and CIO teams to ensure alignment with business models, risk tolerance, and scalability.
