Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Legal position, preferably within the mining industry or related sectors.
Strong understanding of corporate law, mining law, licensing and permitting, environmental law, labor law, and regulations related to the mining sector.
Proficient in legal drafting, contract review, legal opinion preparation, and legal research.
Familiar with licensing and permitting processes through the OSS system, as well as coordination with ministries, local governments, and other relevant authorities.
Knowledgeable in mining-related permits and regulations, including Mining Business Licenses (IUP), Work Plan and Budget (RKAB), Environmental Approvals, Forest Area Borrow-and-Use Permits (PPKH), and other operational permits.
Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills.
