Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts including: o Client service agreements (corporate, government-linked, and camp-site operators) o Vendor, supplier, and procurement contracts o Lease, tenancy, and facilities-related agreements o NDAs, MOUs, and partnership agreements
