What you will do:
Contract Drafting & Review: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts (dealership agreements, NDAs, sales contracts, supplier agreements, etc.) to ensure the company’s legal rights and interests are fully protected.
Compliance Monitoring & Risk Control: Monitor regulatory changes in Spain and the EU (competition law, data protection, consumer rights law, etc.) to ensure all business operations comply with local compliance requirements.
