Reporting to the IT Director based in Paris, the role will involve the following duties:-
Provide technical support at Helpdesk and First Line level to all users in the London officeBe responsible for troubleshooting all PCs and Telecommunications-related issues with all technical equipment e.g. smartphones, network devices, printers etc.Provide assistance with software upgrades and computer set ups The ideal candidate will have:-
