**Legal Intern (Summer)**

**Position Summary:**

+ **(8 week) 40 hours a week commitment**
+ **Onsite based out of our Bridgewater, NJ location**

The mission of the Legal & Compliance Department is to provide Catalent with world-class legal services that help it to grow and achieve its business goals. The legal intern will
have exposure to Catalent’s AI governance framework and hands-on experience supporting approved AI use cases, including the development of internal AI agents.

Our Bridgewater location is the corporate office for Catalent.

**The Role:**

+ AI Use and Compliance, including development of AI Agents for optimizing legal operation
+ Support Catalent’s ethics and compliance program
+ Assist in developing and revising corporate policies and training
