As our Legal Intern you play an important role forthe APAC regional counsel (based in Singapore) and other lawyers in the different regional teams around the world. During the internship you will be mentored by an experienced former Magic Circle lawyer.
You will be reporting to Associate General Counsel, Commercial & Licensing, and under his guidance you will:
assist with the drafting, reviewing and negotiating of a wide range of contracts, including distribution, local retail, and travel retail agreements, talent sponsorship, promotion and marketing, influencer, music, agency, e-commerce, and licensing agreements.
work cross-functionally (e.g. with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Affairs, R&D, Procurement and Finance) and learn how to provide legally sound advice on a variety of marketing, finance, sales, regulatory, and litigation matters.
