The Legal Intern will play an important role in ensuring smooth day to day operations and organizing the information related to Intercompany agreements, Administrative Acts, etc.

• The reception, verification, organization, storage and control of contracts and/or agreements and derivatives documents.
• Make updates intercompany contracts with its review process and signatures.
• Make updates and review of Administrative Acts
• Classify documents by type of contract, concept and order chronologically.
• Develop and update the inventory of physical and electronic records.
• Responsible for answering any request related to contracts or agreements concluded.

• Bachelor’s Degree on Law.
• Experience in similar position is preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented.
