Position Title: Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive (Residential Property)

Location: South Yorkshire, UK (Hybrid)

Salary Range: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)

Our client is seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly regarded and CQS‑accredited conveyancing team based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment known for delivering exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in residential conveyancing, particularly new build transactions , and the ability to manage matters from instruction to completion with minimal supervision.
