Responsible for leading in a manner that supports and guides the organization’s mission at regional level
Providing overall leadership and direction to the staff and organization
Monitoring and evaluating the program and planning accordingly
Managing and overseeing budgets, sponsors, donations, gifts and kind‑gift agreements and supervising record keeping
Enhancing the organization’s image by being active and visible in the community and by working closely with other professional, civic and private organizations
Overseeing cash, kind and gift data for the quarterly and annual financial reports
Fund raising and all relevant activities
