Support the development and maintenance of governance frameworks, policies and procedures governing the oversight of the SEA legal entities, including Operational Resiliency and Outsourcing related frameworks.
Coordinate across appropriate business units and monitor the adherence to applicable policies and procedures to support regulatory requirements.
Provide proactive tracking of legal entity risks, including remediations of findings and self-identified issues, operational incidents.
Support the execution of legal entity governance team owned controls to ensure timeliness and compliance.
Act as a liaison with business stakeholders, 2LOD and Audit partners.
