We are hiring a Finance Legal Engineer to sit alongside our Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on our most strategic banking and finance opportunities. You will be the finance‑law subject matter expert in the room – the person who can talk LMA‑based facility agreements with a senior banking partner one minute, walk a DCM team through Massdraft for prospectus generation the next, and demonstrate ISDA Schedule negotiation in Avvoka the minute after that.
