Our client – a progressive and busy US law firm are seeking an experienced professional who is looking to advance their career within the Early Careers and Development space – joining part of their thriving HR and Recruitment department for a year’s contract.
This is an extremely busy and challenging role – where the main requirement is the recruitment and development of the firm’s trainee associates.
This will involve everything from co-ordinating the assessment process; SQE training, emboarding new joiners; marketing the Early Careers’ function by organising recruitment events, engaging with universities and co-ordinating trainee development initiatives.
