• 1. Heavy Asset Project Financing Experience Core Qualification
  • Focus on: Power Infrastructure / Real Estate / IDC / Heavy Asset Industries
  • Experience in project financing, cross-border financing, and bond financing
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian heavy asset investment and financing logic
• 2. Composite Background Preferred
  • Background in a well-known investment bank + Client background in a heavy asset industry
  • Priority given to candidates in the real estate / IDC / power infrastructure industries
  • CFO / Legal Director / Financing Manager Background Preferred
