The Legal Counsel will support and advise ICON with all aspects of legal relationships on Investigator contracts, as requested by ICON Project Managers (PM), ICON project team and/or Sponsor. This role will provide commercially focused, concise, actionable legal advice to business stakeholders on a broad range of legal issues including contract, tort, corporate, data protection, litigation, and compliance. The candidate will play a key role, along with the rest of the legal team, in optimizing processes and procedures, improving standard templates and maintaining up-to-date team knowledge.
