Draft, analyze, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including processor agreements, NDAs, novation agreements, and guarantees. Collaborate with legal team members globally and engage with senior management on strategic projects, regulatory concerns, product development, and operational matters. Develop and advise on templates, policies, and procedures to meet new legal requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
