Job Overview

We are looking for a Singapore-qualified lawyer with strong commercial instincts and sound judgment to work alongside our General Counsel across the full spectrum of the firm's global legal needs.

This is a newly created role, reporting directly to the General Counsel. You will be embedded in the business from day one, working across commercial, regulatory, and operational legal matters with genuine ownership and visibility. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced investment environment and is looking to deepen their expertise within a lean and high-performing team.

This is not a purely transactional or advisory role. You will own material workstreams independently, engage directly with internal stakeholders, and be expected to bring practical, well-reasoned legal views rather than deferred opinions.
