Position Overview
ZeptoLab is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide day-to-day legal support across a wide range of commercial, operational, product, compliance and business matters, including animation licensing and production matters. The role works across the group of companies and partners closely with business teams on contracts, compliance and key operational initiatives.
What You'll Do
Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements (license, vendor, service, SaaS, publishing, marketing, platform agreements)Support internal teams (procurement, finance, product, marketing, operations) on day-to-day contractual mattersTrack key contract terms, deadlines, renewals, and obligationsSupport privacy and data protection matters, including reviewing data processing arrangementsIdentify, assess, and escalate legal and compliance risks across the businessReview consumer-facing content, communications, a...
