**Job Description**

Aramark is seeking Legal Counsel to join the Aramark Legal Department at Aramark?s headquarters in Philadelphia, PA. This role will work with the legal team supporting Aramark?s Corrections business unit by managing the intake process for legal review of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and by preparing, reviewing, modifying, and negotiating contracts and amendments. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and business-minded legal professional who brings not only strong expertise in RFP and contract review but also a keen understanding of business process improvement. The role is highly visible and will work directly with internal sales, financial and operational personnel within the business, and requires strong judgement, clear verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to balance risk with practical, solution-oriented guidance.
