Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, advice & negotiate a wide range contracts, from commercial to procurement, technology partnerships, confidentiality agreements etc.- Provide legal advice and support to various departments, including sales, procurement, and operations. Identify and mitigate legal risks in business transactions and operations.- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide tailored legal solutions. Facilitate effective communication between the legal department and other functions.- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and advise the company accordingly.
Qualifications:
- A law degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from a recognized institution.- Minimum 3 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on contract law and negotiations.- Strong knowledge of commercial law and corporate governance.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (primary working language).- Ability to work independently and...
