Negotiate contract terms and conditions with Gartner clients, both commercial and public sector, based on standard Gartner agreement documents and on clients’ own paperwork as required.
Advise on legal issues and risks, approval processes, company policies and procedures.
Maintain a close, highly collaborative relationship partners across a broad array of teams, including Sales, Consulting, Global Contracts Team and within Legal & Compliance.
When required, provide assistance to other Legal & Compliance team members for matters requiring regional expertise or language skills.
Support internal training.
Ensure corporate governance.
Support with annual financial reporting.
