The Legal Counsel will be part of the Jollibee Group Philippine legal team, supporting the general corporate requirements of assigned business units in the Philippines. This includes corporate housekeeping, labor and employment matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, compliance management, and advising on commercial transactions.

The role will also handle the legal needs of assigned brands and support functions within the Jollibee Group in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Practice Area Management: Handle assigned legal practice areas based on specific projects and business requirements.
• Account Legal Management: Provide legal support to BUs, support services, and functions, including operational and project-related matters.
