Legal Counsel – European Operations

We are looking for a Legal Counsel with 5–8 years of experience to support our expanding European operations. The role focuses on procurement and commercial contracts, general corporate legal support, and cross-border coordination with Group headquarters in China.

This is a hands‑on in‑house position in a fast‑growing renewable energy sector, working closely with procurement, business and other cross functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive, business‑oriented legal support to the company’s operations and commercial activities in Europe with a focus in Spain, working closely with cross‑functional teams including procurement, engineering, project development, operations, sales, and management.
