The Legal Counsel contributes to the overall success of the Legal Department in Canada by supporting the team’s business strategies and objectives, and by ensuring that all activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. This role provides expert, high quality legal advice and counsel on all litigation matters to a broad range of stakeholders across the Bank and its global subsidiaries.
