Supporting the company’s growing initiatives and leading various projects to devise efficient legal strategies.
Collaborating closely with other departments and the subsidiaries and providing strategic advice beyond traditional legal assessment.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and financing documents.
Monitoring developments in relevant areas of law, regulation or practice that might impact the business.
Supporting the General Counsel and the team as needed.
