About The Role

As a CBRE Associate Counsel, you will provide legal support services to senior attorneys and other members of the firm. This job is part of the Legal Services job function. They are responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance in the ordinary and special activities of the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and coordinate documents and litigation review in compliance with various statutory requirements.
• Provide basic legal counsel and guidance to managers, executives and employees. Process various claims on behalf of the organization.
• Assist attorneys on litigation matters, special projects and document searches.
• Coordinate the company’s response on subpoenas, production of business records, and who is required to represent the company for court appearances.
