Position Overview
The Legal Counsel will support FNZ’s global business by providing high-quality legal support across commercial contracting activities. The role is focused on assisting with contract drafting, review, and lifecycle management, while developing strong commercial judgment and contributing to FNZ’s scalable, technology-enabled legal delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts including technology and platform services agreements, SaaS, supplier, licensing, and services agreements, under appropriate supervision.Support global client contracts, including onboarding, contract renewals, amendments, and day-to-day contractual queries.Assist with intra-group agreements between FNZ entities, including both regulated entities and non-regulated entities across our global business.
