This role is ideally suited to an admitted attorney currently practising at a leading commercial law firm who is looking to make a first move in-house and play a more strategic role within a sophisticated international business.

Working closely with senior executives, tax specialists, regulators and external counsel, you will advise on complex commercial, tax, corporate and trust-related matters across multiple jurisdictions, including South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and Mauritius.

Requirements Admitted Attorney in South Africa. Minimum 6 years' post-admission experience. Articles completed at a leading commercial law firm.
