A big Belgian company based in Brussels is looking for a Legal Counsel specialized in Financial Law - Freelance
Function :
Collaborate with various departments and advice on financial law or any requests Drafting and review of contracts, documents related to financial department Assist meetings if requested and provide relevant opinion on legal subjects Keep updated on national, European, international laws and provide feedback to the management Collaborate and communicate with counterparties Assist the compliance department Candidate's profile :
English speaker with at least one national language (Dutch or French) Have relevant years of experience in the financial sector (financial institutions, payment, ..) Have an experience as in house legal counsel or in a law firm About the mission:
