This role requires expertise in construction law, contract administration, and dispute management. With 3-5 years of experience, you will provide proactive legal support and ensure compliance across various project facets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on prime agreements and risk exposure
• Manage interface risks with civil and utility contractors
• Draft subs and procurement orders reflecting prime contracts
• Support claims management and dispute resolution processes
• Ensure health & safety compliance on project sites
