Your expertise in common law and contract law will be critical as you prepare corporate governance documents and manage litigation across jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and litigation issues
• Prepare governance and contractual documents in English
• Manage litigation and coordinate with external counsel
• Develop presentations for Board and shareholder meetings
