Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team, with a primary focus on employment law litigation. This role involves managing external counsel, advising internal stakeholders with both legal and business insight, and operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have Bay Street firm experience, strong strategic and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle matters independently. Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset. This is an exceptional opportunity to move in-house while continuing to work on sophisticated legal matters in the downtown core, all within a setting that offers better work-life balance than traditional private practice.
