Scope of Role &Responsibilities:
Company Secretarial (15% of scope)
Support at Board Meetings, Annual General Meeting, Extraordinary General Meeting and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) meetings.Maintenance of statutory registers.Filing of necessary forms with Registrar of Companies.Corporate & Commercial (85% of scope)
