You will provide practical legal advice on corporate, commercial, contractual, litigation, and governance matters, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors. • Provide legal support across a broad range of matters affecting the firm’s operations, including commercial law, corporate law, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and common law research.
