The Role

We are looking for a self-motivated, approachable, and business-savvy technology lawyer to join our in-house legal team to support Apryse’s growing business and team in the Asia-Pacific region (APAC). 

This is a highly visible, hands-on role with primary responsibility for legal support across the APAC region. The successful candidate will act as the go-to legal partner for regional business leaders and will have significant autonomy in managing matters, priorities, and stakeholder relationships, while collaborating closely with Apryse’s global legal team. 

The ideal candidate has experience working with software licensing transactions and intellectual property rights, learns quickly and is passionate about delivering exceptional legal work in an efficient and pragmatic manner.
