Coordinate and maintain contracts supporting the buying and selling of physical crude oil, refined products, and renewable products across the Asia Pacific region Draft, process, and oversee legal documents such as Purchase and Sales Agreements, Storage Agreements, and Tenders Act as the primary point of contact to coordinate and lead negotiations with third parties regarding any contract discrepancies Negotiate and manage Brokerage Agreements, Clearing Broker Agreements, and broker commissions.
