We are looking for a lawyer or paralegal that can review our US and Canadian business contracts on a as needed basis.

Location: This position is 100% remote. The position can be full time or as a part-time remote contract with about 8 hours of commitment a week. 

Job responsibilities are

+ Draft new Statement of Work (SOW), and other business contracts as needed

+ Review existing business contracts templates

+ Review and address redlines sent by clients

+ Call with clients and their attorneys

+ Send late payment collection notice (very rare)
