Responsibilities

• Working with and advising stakeholders directly on a wide variety of technology transactions, as well as the ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented advice related to the client's technology agreements
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across client teams on complex deals for large tech companies operating on a global level
• Providing practical legal advice and support on commercial matters in a dynamic environment
• Advising on legal issues associated with the development, implementation and use of technology products in connection with the company's products and services

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with ideally a minimum of 2 years PQE, with experience in technology law and commercial contracts within the tech sector
